Our team at B Strata is deeply committed to the Strata Community Association (SCA), the peak body for strata professionals in Australia.
Our Managing Director, Scott Bellerby, represents WA on the SCA National Board and has previously served as President of the WA Board. Our General Manager, Melanie Duryea, currently sits on the SCA WA Board and has also served as Vice President.
Both Scott and Melanie have been actively involved in various SCA committees, contributing to key discussions and initiatives in advocacy and engagement with government on behalf of the strata industry. We are proud to support and work with SCA to uphold industry standards and drive positive change.
