Scott has consulted extensively with Landgate on the Community Titles since 2016, both in his roles with the Strata Community Association and the Property Council of Australia.
Over this period Scott has also worked with Mark Atkinson from Atkinson legal and both Tim Morgan and Sean Macfarlane from Lavan Legal consulting with a range of sophisticated developers on the opportunities that the Community Titles Act can offer to both their greenfields and high density development sites.
