Our collaborative work with Landgate underscores our commitment to advancing the strata industry.
As the convenor of the "Landgate Strata Working Group," our General Manager, Melanie Duryea, led efforts to address critical challenges and drive improvements to the Strata Titles Act and Regulations. Our Managing Director, Scott Bellerby, was also a key contributor to this group.
By hosting these sessions at our offices and working closely with the Landgate team, we played an instrumental role in elevating the education requirements for strata professionals. This initiative is set to substantially raise industry standards and professionalism, benefiting both strata managers and property owners.
